BRRRR method Austin, TX

Hey guys, so with the market being tough to flip homes in Austin I wanted to know if the BRRR Method would be a better option for the area. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

@Brandon Guido thanks for posting this and nice to see a fellow Texan on here. Bigger Pockets does have state specific forums too and the Texas forum is pretty active. The BRRRR Method is the PREFERRED method for every market. You are buying a property at a deep discount, repairing it, having immediate equity, and then renting it for cash flow.....what other option is superior to that? A bit of sarcasm of course but that is the precise method that most successful investors use that have limited funds. Even if your limit is $1,000,000....there's still a limit. BRRRR is the way to go!
