Hello BP,

I am an investor in New Orleans. On July 5-9 we have a big festival that draws 1000s of tourist to the city. I have a huge property with 8 rooms that will make the perfect vacation rental.

Does anyone have any experience marketing vacational rentals?
What type of strategy should I use to get the rentals occupied?
