What is the best CRM for an investor?

Question

I currently have a large pipeline of pre-foreclosures in the Albuquerque and surrounding areas. I am looking for a new CRM that will enable me to manage all my information better.

I have email addresses and cell numbers for property owners and want to develop a system with the help of a quality real estate focused CRM to manage my information.

There is no right or wrong answer. Many use podio, I use Keap. This is like what kind of car do you like to drive. There are a million options and it is which one fits you and are you most comfortable with. They all pretty much do the same thing.

@Chris Seveney thanks for the reply. Their Sales People are telling me that I will say way more 'dollars' worth of time that the $250 or so per month that it would cost. It sounds like their automation part works good for you.

There are just 4 of us, and none are overly techy, so I want to pick the right App and only do it once!

@Chris Seveney I have been looking at CRM/Management  Apps for my 'day job' of running a kitchen and bath remodeling business. Keap is up on my list pretty high but it is pretty pricey too compared to some of the other apps I have been looking at.

Which version do you use and are you using it just for real estate investing or other busienss needs too?

What did you like about it more than others that made you chose it?

agreeing with Joshua Young I use Podio as well. Have been using it for 7 years now. It’s definitely scalable. However I will be transparent and let you know that the free version has many limitations. You would need at least the premium paid version to enable globiflow for workflows that support the automation of your CRM. Hope this helps.

@Todd Kruger tough question. Most CRMs will be able to perform basic capabilities (scheduling tasks, storing your database, etc.) and if that's all you need you have plenty of options. Personally our brokerage uses Chime but it may be a bit overkill as it's not only a CRM it also hosts sites and allow users to create landing pages among many other things you may not end up using.

Podio is one I've used in the past and it's super flexible, allowing you to go as detailed as you want or as simple as you need. Plus there is a free version for up to 5 employees.
