Our 3rd Single family home
Hi We bought our first SFH 6 years ago in Los Alamitos, almost after 4 years we rented that out and bought second SFH in Buena Park, CA, now since the rents are high we are looking to rent our current home and buy our third single family in east Long Beach. Is this a good strategy? Since we are rookies we are little nervous.
