Assisted Living Facility

I was listening to the podcast  on mobile home parks and that led to assisted living facilities. Both markets meet the needs of a growing population of the underemployed, retired and aging populations. Does anyone have experience with ALFs? Seems it could be satisfying in the sense of meeting a need in a growing market and providing superior services to a population that may not necessarily desire to participate in such a market but may have no choice.
