Loan programs for asbestos removal?

Hello, I was wondering if I could get some guidance on my renovation situation.  I just purchased a property in Inglewood. Fourplex. Had it inspected and it came back with asbestos.  This is going to burn my budget way faster than anticipated. I might not have enough to get all the work done.   

Any idea how much asbestos abatement will cost?  Are there loan programs in Los Angeles to help with the removal?
