What is the best way of finding the owner of a property?   Is it possible to do this online?

Very easy to do online. Start with googling the address. In many cases you can find it simply that way. See what results come up and browse around. There are so many sites that will give you leads on the owner name, although they may hide the complete name and contact info. An inexpensive service is BeenVerified. Provides extensive info and has a property search feature. Real estate pros usually have access to various data services as well.

Hi Pauline. There are many services to choose from. Personally, I'm a fan of PropertyRadar.com. Unlimited access to every property and owner with tremendous detail and investor-specific analysis tools. And if you decide to reach out to that owner, those tools are built in.

Their mobile app is amazing. I probably lookup 100+ properties a day on it.

The only downside is they only cover California, Washington, Nevada, Oregon, and Arizona. But there's a rumor they are going to be nationwide at some point this year.

a lot of people use listsource, theres tons of companies on the internet or you can go to your local tax accessor. Are you trying to do this in large volume?

Hi Pauline. In addition to the options above, if you want to be self-sufficient you can use the property search tool at usleadlist.com. If you only have a couple addresses, I think you get 5 free searches. Ive used them so feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
