Thoughts on Seascape Resort in Aptos?

I stayed at Seascape Resort in Aptos a few months ago. Most of the units are individually owned, I believe, but operate like a hotel. Been considering a vacation rental here. Does anyone have more info about this place? Are there other similar places to consider?
