Question on Loans for Flippers

Hello, i live in San Francisco and i wanted to get into flipping homes in the Bay Area. Can i get a loan from a bank if i plan to rehab the property and flip it?

@Charles Burkeen  You can get home style or 203k loan for renovation for primary residence. If for some reason you want to sell lender can't do anything but as I said they don't like to keep short term loan on the books.
