Real Estate Attorney recommendations in SF

Immediate need is just to set up an LLC in CA to register for a short term rental license, but figure it's a good start to building a relationship with a local attorney that specializes in real estate.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Additionally, curious for people's opinion on if it's worth setting up the LLC with an attorney, or just use LegalZoom?
