Real Estate Meet Up Group in SF - Yellow Tier

Hello! Now that SF has moved into Yellow Tier and indoor capacity is allowed, is anyone joining an in-person meet up group? Would love to start networking soon (starting buy & hold, multi-family property investing in Fresno) and hoping to do so in-person. So much more impactful in person than over Zoom. Thanks!

I'll check with my coworking space about how they feel about an event, both COVID-wise and in general (I just joined about a month ago so not sure what their policies are on events)

I'd love to just meet and see what people are up to. A quick pecha-kucha style event (20 slides x 15 seconds/slide for each speaker) might be fun.

Expect followup early next week. I'm fully vaccinated and with the CDC's new guidance around reduced restrictions for indoor events, I'm comfortable meeting in larger indoor spaces.
