Grounded and Growing

Real estate is really interesting!  I have been diving into creative strategies, how to structure a solid investor pitch and mapping out a redevelopment plan - thinking through how to improve a neglected property and bring long-term value to the community. . It is stretching me and truthfully, I have been nervous most of the time.

But I am still showing up. Still learning. Still doing it anyway.

I have also had the chance to cross paths with some really respectable people in the field recently, which has made me even more motivated to keep going.

For those who remember these early stages, - what helped you stay grounded and consistent?

Appreciate all wisdom and encouragement. Grateful for the journey.

Consistency is the key, what I did was I would book in my calendar time each day to focus on real estate and put a plan and schedule together. Where do I want to be by X. One of the benefits I had was I had saved up enough to acquire so it was more about getting educated than trying to find the money.

Put a plan together as that way you stick to it. There willbe ups and downs but just realize its not easy and you will be better as you go.
