Good evening investors family
I am in the process of closing a sub 2 deal and would like to get some advice from you all.
the house price is 317,000 thousand balance 235,000 interest rate 3.12% morgage tax and insurace payment is 1450
40.000 initial payment with all expencis is about 317,000 this is located in winter heaven Frorida. it will rent for about 2200.
