Opportunity Zones - help wanted!
Hello!
I am a long-time investor and I have several multi-family properties in Downtown Phoenix, all of which seem to be in opportunity zones. I, however, know *nothing* about what that means. Several of the properties are also zoned multi-use or commercial, so I have a lot of flexibility. My initial plan had been to buy and hold or eventually package and sell them and purchase something more concise, but with this new revelation my curiosity is piqued!
Any feedback would be appreciated, or, if there is someone who specializes in these types of transactions and/or willing to offer guidance, I would be happy to compensate!
