What Actually Slows Investors Down After 2–3 Deals

I see this all the time: An investor gets 2–3 deals done… then momentum disappears.

Usually because:

  • Capital gets trapped
  • No refinance strategy
  • Too much leverage too early
  • No plan for scaling

The investors growing consistently are usually thinking 2–3 moves ahead.
