What Do You Enjoy Most About Real Estate?

One thing I enjoy about real estate is that there's always something new to learn.

Markets change, strategies change, and every conversation seems to bring a different perspective.

What's something you've learned recently about real estate that surprised you?

What Do You Enjoy Most About Real Estate?

Reading the comical posts made by gurus who promise you that you can get wealthy without money (after you pay their $12,000 fee) in a way that only they can teach you, if you follow their "secret" steps.

One such popular Youtube guru said that to protect yourself from the "due on sale" clause, "don't record the deed" and "you can borrow the closing costs".

My response, "What could go wrong?" ;-)
