 Very familiar with this strategy and have done numerous webinars on this strategy. Big fan of using SDIRA money for lending purposes as lending is typically ordinary income with zero tax benefits, so if you can use SDIRA money to lend its better than taxable income (cash).

As mentioned, the key is to understanding how to lend and make sure your loans are secured.
