Self storage newbie looking for suggestions....

Hi

Newbie here. Looking to get into self storage. I am looking to see if anyone out there has suggestions/ideas on how to connect and build connections with local Sacramento folks in the self-storage space. I think I will mostly likely end up investing out of state, but I am enough of a newbie that I don't even yet know what I don't know.

I am (of course) glad to buy lunch, pay it forward, and do whatever else creative I can think of to make it a time of immense value for folks.

Thanks again,

Eric Martin

Inside Self Storage is another great resource along with trachte.com. Also, given that you are already in California they put on a great self storage trade show in Vegas in April of every year that would be great for you to attend. Between those resources, other online resources you can find googling, and what you can find on YouTube you can learn a ton.
