This market is insane!

A colleague of mine had a buyer that offered on a house in Concord,Ca a couple of days ago. If you're not familiar with the area, it is about 20 miles east of Oakland, CA.

That house received 81 offers!!!! 

The winning offer was more than $200k over list. 

Let that sink in. This market is insane!!!
