New RE Investor Introduction: Issac Meza
Hello Fellow Real Estate Investors!
Just wanted to introduce myself. I am fairly new to BP.com but have followed the podcast for at least a year. Also, I have been attending as many IEREIC meeting as I can. I've read at least a book a month on RE investing over the past 2 years.
But most importantly I have finally saved up enough money to go full time on my investing career finding deals to joint venture with on Flipping, at least for the next 10 weeks. In other words, after 2 years of sitting on the sidelines, it's time to Sink or Swim. My current plan of attack is an intense boots-on-the-ground campaign utilizing Driving for dollars in conjunction with a Direct Mail Marketing campaign for the Rancho Cucamonga and Upland areas. If ANYONE (Newbie, Professional or in-betweener) that lives in or invests in the Rancho Cucamonga and Surrounding area would love to meet and talk about investing, I'm always up for buying lunch.
In closing, I just wanted to introduce myself, as I hope to be a lot more active on BP over the coming weeks. Thanks everyone.
