Kimberley , YES, I've had great success flipping REOs. We are scheduled to close escrow on the resell this month. We purchased from a bank at $314,500, rehab $70K, Sold $514,000. Total hold time was about 5 months. 

REOs , are a great buy! 

John, I 've never flipped using an FHA loan. I always use hard money. Have you read into 203(K) REHAB MORTGAGE?

I would do the following:

1.) Look in the web site www.propertyradar.com?

2.) Search the owners name to see what other properties they own? or other names on title to contact? 

3.) Search the address on www.411.com and www.fastpeoplesearch.com
