Thomas Strafford Investments, will be hosting a learning meet up in San Diego / Oceanside. We are looking to meet with and connect with other individuals who might be interested in learning about real estate investing from the most seasoned investor, to the person thinking "what is this real estate investing people are talking about!" Hi Vivian, I would google search for a real estate investment (REI) meetings in your local area and ask another wholesaler in that market. I have seen wholesales that do not hold a RE licence here in San Diego.

I have located an abandoned property. I am trying to locate the heirs or devisees of a deceased property owner in California. I've pulled a prelim and shows NO heirs or devisees, how can I locate someone related or an heir?
