Agent License to Manage Properties

Hello Denver! I'm probably going to get my agent license this year (I'm still researching pros and cons) primarily to be able to manage properties. My understanding is that I would need to hang it with a brokerage for the 2 years until I can become a broker myself. This is more of a strategic play for the future and I don't have time to pick up many extra properties unless they are very close. Is there a brokerage out there that would let me do that? Also, what does the fee structure look like? If I charge 10% gross rent, is the brokerage taking a cut of that, or how would that play out?

@Dan Mackin, do you know? Or know someone who does?
