Seeking Experienced Creative Lender in Denver for OOS Investors
I host a meetup in Denver once a month to discuss long distance investing. Our group frequently gets in the conversation about financing particularly for the BRRRR strategy. I am looking for recommendations for a lender based in Denver whose main clientele are investors and helps them finance their rental properties via a variety of strategies and loan options. My goal is to reach out to them to ask they attend our meetup so we may pick their brain about all of our long-term finance questions that come up.
