2 bed 2 bath vs. 3 bed 2 bath

Hello,

What are everyone's thoughts on a 2 bed 2 bath vs 3 bed 2 bath? I haven't found one yet because i have only been looking at 3 bed 2 bath single family houses but i wanted to know aside from price if others have had success with them?

I agree typically people looking to buy homes are looking more towards a 3 bedroom. There are some neighborhoods that have a lot of 2 bedroom. If you can find a 2 bedroom with the square footage to add a 3rd bedroom that would be a great find.
