How viable is the BRRR method in Atlanta Georgia?

I'm an out-of-state investor looking to invest in Atlanta, Georgia. Would anyone be able to share thoughts on which neighborhoods would be the best areas to look into to use the BRRR method? Thanks in advance!

I have completed a few BRRRs around North Atlanta. I think you can find a deal in any market. With that being said I think a remote BRRR would be quite difficult as they require a lot of oversight between purchase, rehab, property management, etc. So you really need the right team in place to pull it off.
