How viable is the BRRR method in Atlanta Georgia?

I'm an out-of-state investor looking to invest in Atlanta, Georgia. Would anyone be able to share thoughts on which neighborhoods would be the best areas to look into to use the BRRR method? Thanks in advance!

I have completed a few BRRRs around North Atlanta. I think you can find a deal in any market. With that being said I think a remote BRRR would be quite difficult as they require a lot of oversight between purchase, rehab, property management, etc. So you really need the right team in place to pull it off. Around I20 East and I285 and in Belvedere Park, Snapfinger areas and nearby the airport East Point, College Park, Hapeville are some areas to look at.

Honestly, it will be difficult and competitive to find good deals right now especially from out of state. I'm constantly looking in Atlanta and it's been increasingly difficult to justify buys in Atlanta for the last year or 2.
