Dear All, I am a new investor in Columbus Ohio. Investing in SFH in a C class area and up. My strategy is to buy and hold.

In the past several weeks, I have been studying the Souren Orchard + Driving Park areas. It looks like there is a very limited inventory of buy and properties ( I am looking for 8% ROI) and mostly great market for fix and flip/BRRRR.

Can anyone advise on other areas/zip codes to look at for solid buy and hold deals in Columbus?

I would recommend checking out Franklinton, Hungarian Village, King Lincoln, Milo-Grogan, MT Vernon, North Linden, Woodland Park, Vassor Village, Reeb-Hosack, Merrion Village, Driving Park, Southern Orchards, Olde Towne East, South of Main, Franklin Park, and Old Oaks
