Hi all,

I moved to the Columbus area from Texas about two years ago. I still flip houses there remotely. The only way I have been able to make that happen is because I have a good friend who is my RE agent AND my rehab project manager. Since I travel for work, I can't personally manage projects here either. I want to do the same here in Columbus as I'm doing in TX so my question is...

Are there any RE agents that have experience managing rehabs in the Columbus area?

I know some RE agents that manage their client's rehabs but they are typically in on the deal. A lot of PMs will manage the job for you. You also might want to look into connecting with a good GC
