Investor in Chicago Suburbs
My husband and I are looking to fix and flip in the Chicagoland suburbs e.g. Berwyn, Westchester, Brookfield, etc. We are looking to build our team and an REIA in the area near Riverside where we live. We are looking to flip 5-10 properties a year. We have tried several real estate agents that did not work out so we would like to hear any suggestions on finding or the name of good agents would be appreciated. We have funds available for the right deal. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
