Thanks for the information Renea. Glad to meet you. I am looking forward to connecting with others in the area and find a REIA club that might be close to me. I am in Riverside and most of the clubs seem to be far. It took us an hour to get to the one club we did visit.

My husband and I are looking to fix and flip in the Chicagoland suburbs e.g. Berwyn, Westchester, Brookfield, etc. We are looking to build our team and an REIA in the area near Riverside where we live. We are looking to flip 5-10 properties a year. We have tried several real estate agents that did not work out so we would like to hear any suggestions on finding or the name of good agents would be appreciated. We have funds available for the right deal. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
