Looking for real estate groups or mentor in Chicagoland
Hi, Im sort of new to real estate investing and have been a member of the site for 3 years. I'm looking for a mentor or real estate investing groups in the Chicagoland area. I currently reading about lease options and fix & flips. I have bought a lot of ebooks about these subjects. I currently did a direct mail campaign to absentee owners and expired listings. I haven't gotten any deals as of yet. If you guys have any information about real estate investing groups or mentors in the Chicagoland area please leave a reply. Thanks for reading.
