Hello BP,

My wife and I are looking to purchase our first 3+ multi unit complex in chicago mainly around 60608 (Lower westside) but are having trouble finding leads. I'm looking to network with people who are in the neighborhood that can share their thoughts/experience. Any advice would be great! Thanks

@Lucas Hammer 2127 S Marshall just went off under contract a couple weeks ago...list price was $560k! But its 8 units :-).
