@Brian Peterman Hi Brian! Welcome to one of the best resources for real estate investors. Personally, I focus on buy and hold multifamily properties in C/D neighborhoods - the risk level aligns well with my goals. Mostly in Little Village, Gage Park, Back of the Yards, and North Lawndale.
What kind of projects are you considering? There's folks here from condo developers on the North Side to fix 'n flippers in the roughest parts of the South Side - so someone is bound to pop up who is doing what you are interested in.
