Local Commercial Lender Contacts?

I'm a partner in a newly formed partnership (1 member in Indy, 2 in TN) looking for financing on an 8 unit multi family unit in Marion County. We have good credit scores, good dti ratios, and the property has great potential as only 3 of the 8 units are rented right now due to the building being in disrepair. Can anyone suggest a lender in Indianapolis we could talk to please?
