New to BiggerPockets; Real Estate Basics

Hello,

I am new to the site and to real estate.  I have been doing my research on real estate.  However, I wanted to start some conversations on specific topics in the Indianapolis area.  To start off, I am thinking house rentals and house flipping to build positive cash flow.  I have a full time job and would be looking to this as a part time gig.  Any help would be much appreciated.
