Oliver Ave just West of White River

Hi All,

What do you locals think of the area just west of the White River on Oliver Ave? I'm curious specifically on Oliver between Marion Ave. and Holly Ave. Is this a C or D area? Does anybody know any actual info about what's going to happen to the old Ford stamping plant, specifically on the South east portion of it?

Eli Lilly Tech center is doing a pretty major expansion next year.
