Hey BP, does anyone know of any syndicates pursuing apartment complexes in Indy?

Work with someone local, like Ivan. I have done multiple deals with his company, BAM. I Can only say great things about his team. Indy is a great market, but it helps to actually know it, boots on the ground, etc.

@Ethan Anderson depending on what you are looking for, I may be able to help. We have two investment funds that syndicate deals. One with a primary focus on single family homes, and another that does more multifamily and mobile home parks. Syndications are good, but there are also some downsides. We also work with individual investors to place them in smaller deals to build capital, so there are several ways to skin the proverbial cat. I'd be happy to share additional on a PM as I don't want to hijack your thread here.
