Good Morning Indy! My name is Craig Carmichael and I'm an inspiring real estate investor from the Milwaukee area. I'm originally from the south side of Indy (greenwood). I'm looking at shifting my focus back home to the Indy and surrounding area market. I would like your guys opinions on specific areas, and where you think its smart to buy right now. My family owns a commercial construction company in Indy that focuses mainly on office buildings, however they are extremely talented and have resources and ties to almost everything in the construction industry.
