Search Facebook for a guy named Richard Kuykendall. Add him and just watch his videos. He's on it. Not cheap, but If I were ever to do a good flip in Indy I would use him. 

I'm focusing on cosmetic stuff for now and can't afford him for what I'm up to at the moment, but he is good.
