@Cody Z. - not yet. My aim is to start in Q2, I'm still laying down the groundwork and getting my ducks in a row. Just about everyone in the Indy area (ie, here on BP) are very helpful so I anticipate things to go smoothly (relatively speaking).

Yes. I have a great lender for you. Quickest one in indy. Usually around 10-12%. PM you.
