I buy cash and looking to invest about 100K$ ARV for property.

looking for an agent in Beech Grove, Greenwood, Southport, Washington township, Garfield park, Arsenal heights, Lawrence and Irvington.

Requirements: 

1. Specify in buy and old strategy and has some addresses to show as evidence.

2. Would go to a house and able to estimate the repairs needed.

3. Would agree to submit offers 20% below ARV after repairs.

4. Work with off market deals additionally to the MLS.
