Homeowner Insurance for a Triplex

Hi Everyone,

I'm in the process of buying a triplex in Indy and am looking for a homeowner insurance policy. The quotes I've so far got were above $1900/yr, which sounds really high. Any ideas why? Does this sound normal to you? If not, would you please introduce insurance agents/company who might be able to help out?
