Looking for a Property Manager

Im looking to get into the indy market and figured what better place to ask for referrals then BP. 

Are there any Property Management companies that you have used that you would recommend for someone with properties between 2-8 units?

Also, are there any Property Management companies that you would recommend starting away from?

I'm currently active duty military and will be overseas, so I need someone I can trust! Any info you can give will be greatly appreciated!
