Getting started in Indianapolis

Account Closed
Posted

Hi Everyone,

I will be graduating in May and moving to Indianapolis to work for a Real Estate Developer. I've read plenty of books on REI so I think I have a decent base of knowledge. I was wondering what would be a good way to get to know the Indianapolis neighborhoods and Indianapolis estate market.

Thanks!

@Account Closed Hey Shayan! Nick was spot on as far as driving around neighborhoods. You will be amazed at what you can see in an hour or two car drive with seeing what Indy has to offer and the different markets. Online research about the market can be beneficial, but talking to those that know Indianapolis is another great route.

I'd be happy to connect further and talk about your questions/goals for investing in Indy!
