Indy Multifamily Opportunities
Hello BP, I am an investor from New York looking to expand into the Indy market. I am looking to purchase multifamily units in an up and coming part of the city with potential for appreciation. I would appreciate any insights on the market and what are the good sub markets to start looking into to buy a multifamily building. If anyone can help point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated!
