What are you guys using for a mail merge on a 4 to a sheet 4.25 x 5.5 postcard front and back variable data ( duplex) and variable data spot for the bar code ( bulk mail)

Todd that's just too funny.

Okay just a little secret. The post office won't accept a postcard printed 4 up on an 8.5x11 sheet of paper cut equally. When you run your bar code make certain to grab the bundle, tray and sort numbers. When you sort postage face forward and use sleeves. And if you don't run thru the NCOA system with documentation bar codes won't work. The ncoa requires 500 verifiable address as a minimum. And register for tracking or the whole thing is worthless. Forgot to mention its 16 font on the bar and 12 font between. There are right side minimums and bottom requirements. Weigh each piece as that's how postal charges. They don't count.
