Noobs BRRR or Sell?!

Hey All

6 weeks ago we bought a 3/2 in Cape Coral SE for $390k, under market value. It’s a bigger pool home.


We did a complete DIY remodel with 4 kids and it turned out great.

Our intention was to BRRR but now we are done and we aren't sure, we had it appraised at $540k…


We are thinking to sell, use the proceeds to buy another with more money down so better cash flow, but things seem so shakey now we aren’t sure! Any advice welcome!
