Looking to connect with investors seeking remodel/renovation work
Greetings from Chapel Hill, NC. My name is John Flanagan and I moved to the Chapel Hill recently and I am looking to connect with investors. I have a background in flipping properties and working as a contractor. I am re-entering the building field and looking to connect with investors needing rehab projects in the triangle area. I am also hoping to procure a few rental properties over the next few years. This is my first post but hoping to connect with other investors in the region. Thanks.

Hi John- I'm also in Chapel Hill and have done a few flips in the area as well as BRRRR'd a few rental properties in Chapel Hill and Durham. I have a few builders I work with but always interested in making new connections. Welcome to the triangle!
