Pat,

Thank you for the welcome and for the heads up on the monthly meet-ups.  Hope to cross paths in the near future.

Jeanette,

Thank you for the response and the welcome! It seems difficult to procure any cash flowing properties in Chapel Hill. Will be interesting to see what the market does over the next year. Thankfully, I bought an older farmhouse in the White Cross area before the market really surged. I think I will focus on it (converting upstairs with outside entry to rent out) and either do an ADU or subdivide and build second home on lot. Thinking there may be a market for short term rental as a farm stay in an interesting space if designed correctly and not too terribly far outside of town, but I need to educate myself on str for this specific area on the outskirts. I'm assuming you focus within city limits?

Greetings from Chapel Hill, NC.   My name is John Flanagan and I moved to the Chapel Hill recently and I am  looking to connect with investors.  I have a background in flipping properties and working as a contractor.  I am re-entering the building field and looking to connect with investors needing rehab projects in the triangle area.  I am also hoping to procure a few rental properties over the next few years.  This is my first post but hoping to connect with other investors in the region.  Thanks.
