What do you do if you can't find enough comps in an area to find an ARV that you believe you will get?

Would it be better to look in a different area, or are there other things to look at that can help find an ARV that would be accurate?

Hi William, 

If I can’t find solid sold comps in the area I typically avoid the deal. If it’s either the biggest house in the neighborhood or out in the country where there’s not a lot of comps.
